Personal Banker - MLK & Park

Position Overview

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, and proactive sales skills.
• Banking product knowledge, digital awareness, effective communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with prospecting, retail lending, and selling.
• Understanding of customer needs and ability to leverage technology.
• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent, with related product knowledge preferred.
• Background check required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 (may vary by location, market data, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible.
