Sr Manager, Finance

Job Summary

This role will support and partner with the Mountain West Region business units to provide analysis, insights and recommendations for improvement. It will lead complex financial initiatives and provide strategic analysis for organizational decision‑making, managing a team focused on financial evaluation, planning, and reporting.

• Lead a team in the development and analysis of financial plans and reports.
• Drive strategic financial projects and provide insights that influence long‑term planning and immediate business decisions.
• Simplify and communicate complex financial data to ensure clarity and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive economic evaluations to inform the organization’s financial strategy and investment decisions.
• Identify and analyze emerging financial trends and integrate them into strategic planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and business leaders to consolidate financial results and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and refine financial models to support decision‑making on strategic growth initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in financial management and analysis.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance, including nights, weekends and variable schedules as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (preferred; other combinations of coursework and experience may be considered).
• Experience:
  
  7‑10 Years in business finance or related field.
• Skills:
  
  Business strategies, leadership, taking initiative.

Pay Range: $ – $. Base pay is part of the Total Rewards and may be supplemented by bonus or commission, as applicable.
