Overview
This position is responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. The role serves as a trusted advisor, acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable client relationships while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and Product Specialists.
Responsibilities- Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues ranging from $50million to $2billion.
- Acquire, deepen, and sustain profitable client relationships through proactive sales, prospecting, and enhancement of existing relationships.
- Understand and interpret financial and cash‑flow statements to assess and analyze companies’ financial conditions and industry trends.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates—including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and specialized Product Specialists—to design and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients on industry forces, alternative capital structures, and broader business issues.
- Coach and mentor peers, applying leadership skills to drive performance and development.
- Adapt to evolving sales practices and changing market and industry conditions as necessary.
- Hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), S7, and S63 licenses (or obtain them within 180 days of start date).
- Demonstrated experience in client management and advisory roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and risk management.

Compensation and Benefits- Annualized salary range: $140,000–$235,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill set.
- Eligible for discretionary incentive and annual discretionary award based on individual performance.
