Our client is an energy and infrastructure focused private equity firm that invests across power, renewable energy, energy transition, digital infrastructure and transportation. They are looking to grow their deal team due to dry powder and deal flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain financial models
- Draft IC memos
- Assist in sourcing business opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay on top of industry trends
- Analyze issues and opportunities with portfolio companies
- 1-7 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity with experience in energy, infrastructure, power, industrials, TMT, or related industries
- Strong financial modeling and due diligence experience
- Experience creating pitch decks and marketing materials
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be in or willing to relocate to Denver
