Position: Director, Wealth Management Coach- Glendale, CO

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain close relationships with client‑facing Wealth Management associates.
  • Coach and motivate associates to meet comprehensive client goals by identifying productivity enhancements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with client‑facing leaders to develop coaching plans that influence client‑centric and comprehensive sales practices to deliver results.
  • Educate associates on TIAA’s solutions and tools within the framework of the Client Engagement Model.
  • Participate as a keynote speaker at client seminars and join client meetings as an opportunity to coach or show‑coach associates.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert in financial planning concepts and demonstrate advanced proficiency in client lifecycle management to support associates.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) – Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • FINRA Registrations:
    Series 7;
    Series 63;
    Series 65;
    Series 66
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – Multiple Issuers required
