Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and manufacturing cost accounting activities for the Americas region
- Support global FP&A processes across North America, Europe, and Asia
- Partner with finance, operations, supply chain, commercial teams, and executive leadership to provide financial analysis, performance insights, and data-driven recommendations
- Support profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making
The position oversees key financial processes including annual operating plans, monthly forecasting, business performance reporting, profitability analysis, working capital management, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, and financial reporting automation. The Global FP&A Manager will also support the consolidation and standardization of global FP&A activities, reporting processes, and analytical tools.
