Personal Banker - Universal - 38th and Federal

Position Overview

PNC is seeking a Universal Banker for its Retail Banking organization in Denver, CO. The role focuses on fostering an inclusive workplace culture and delivering a superior customer experience. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet and position PNC solutions for new revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service-to-sales transfers, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community influence centers to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position solutions.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks.

• Work Experience: 3+ years in a related role;
  Associate’s degree or equivalent product knowledge; alternative combinations of education, certification, and experience considered.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 (may vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education). Incentive eligible.
