Analyst, Multifamily, Capital Markets – JLL Capital Markets

JLL is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join the Investment Sales Advisory Team as an Analyst. You will provide strategic real‑estate solutions to clients, conduct market research, and assist in financial analysis. The role focuses on the sale of multifamily assets across Colorado and involves every stage of a transaction, including financial underwriting, client proposals, offering memorandums, market research, property tours, term sheet and LOI negotiation, due diligence, and closing.

Environment:
The work is in‑office daily in a high‑energy, team‑focused environment located in Downtown Denver, Colorado. This position does not provide visa sponsorship, so candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Conduct in‑depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends for commercial real estate transactions.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies.
• Perform complex financial modeling of commercial real‑estate transactions and underwrite using market and JLL data/comps.
• Develop pitch decks ("BOVs"), investment sales advisory packages, and submissions for transactions.
• Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to create comprehensive client presentations, investment proposals, and financing alternatives.
• Assist in the due diligence process and drive marketing and closing activities, coordinating with Producers, market partners, and clients.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and market conditions to provide current insights and recommendations.
• Review real‑estate documents such as leases, loan documents, and appraisals.
• Participate in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, status, market conditions, and new leads.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of previous experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in real‑estate or capital markets.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Argus.
• Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and drafting executive summaries.
• Excellent research, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency with Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of capital markets and real‑estate investment principles.
• Strong writing skills to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.

Estimated compensation: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 USD per year. The exact package is based on qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
