Summary
We are hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager for our Real Estate division. This role offers you the autonomy to do your job, build long-term relationships with clients, bring in new business, and collaborate across the organization to achieve more together. If you have relationship management and credit experience serving senior housing, hospitals/health systems, physician practices and medical ancillary services, we would like to talk to you.

- Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
Primary responsibilities include making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are complex in nature. Handles larger, more profitable customer relationships within the department. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance.

How You'll Spend Your Time- You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects, markets and develop new business.
- You’ll use product/service knowledge to determine what our clients need to enhance their business and ours. You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.
- You will use your expertise on the lending side to structure loans, mitigate and identify risk, to keep us in regulatory compliance.
- You will use your business and credit acumen to get deals approved.
Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years’ experience in a commercial lending environment or 11-13 years’ equivalent experience.
