Gusto is seeking a Fraud Investigations Analyst to join the Fraud Investigations team. You will conduct end-to-end investigations across various fraud typologies, using internal data, OSINT, and AI-enabled tools to identify root causes, assess risk, and document findings.
You will synthesize findings into clear narratives, prepare UARs for partners, and support customers affected by fraud while coordinating with external banking teams on recovery efforts.
