Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Prequalify potential borrowers by assessing their financial situation and recommending suitable loan products.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on qualifying and pre-approval procedures.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required, enhancing client interactions and support.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in using mortgage software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
Compensation

$70,000+ yearly DOE plus bonus.
