Overview
FP&A and Strategic Finance Analyst – Dispatch Health is building a leading in-home high-acuity care delivery model. The FP&A and Strategic Finance function serves as a strategic partner across the business, contributing to critical decision making and supporting financial and strategic resource management.
We are seeking elite and talented teammates to join a cohesive financial SWAT team to guide strategic, operational, and financial decision making. Business partners rely on your financial expertise to understand, track, and manage resources to achieve company goals in a fast-paced environment.
The FP&A and Strategic Finance team works with senior management and leaders across functional areas. The ideal candidate is results-driven, a strong communicator, a team player who can anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and own challenges while making sound decisions. This is a full-time role; the company is based in Denver, but candidates can be in-person or remote.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do- Develop and prepare insightful reporting and analyses on a recurring and ad-hoc basis to communicate business performance to key internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly reports and forecasts, provide variance analyses, and meet with budget owners to discuss ongoing performance.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide strategic planning and the annual budget processes.
- Build unit economic models and business plans for new service offerings and support teams in development.
- Model proposed relationships with business partners, including hospitals, health systems, and health insurance companies.
- Work cross-functionally to develop new analytical tools, explore data relationships, and derive insights.
- Inform and educate senior leadership on strategic activity, including financial models, growth initiatives, and industry assessments.
- Support identification, research, and evaluation of potential M&A targets; conduct integration planning on acquisitions.
- Build and develop financial models, including clinical and operational models, 5-year projections, and valuation models.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or similar strongly preferred. Strong candidates with quantitative/analytic backgrounds will be considered.
- 1-3 years in related experience required (demonstrated quantitative skills and analytic ability).
- Financial planning and analysis, management consulting, big 4 audit, corporate finance training, and/or investment banking experience strongly desired.
- High proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, etc.).
- Experience in healthcare services and/or technology is preferred.
Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000 salary
