Overview / Job Responsibilities

Entarian is seeking an experienced Cost Analyst / CSDR responsible for assisting the Cost Analyst Lead in supporting the program budget needs. This role partners closely with the program management team, engineering team, and government customers to provide schedule analysis, identify risks, forecast impacts, and support informed program execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performs a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
• Develop cost assessments and cost positions related to the systems development, demonstration, and production approaches.
• Work with the broader finance and project team on supporting the development and maintenance of the budget.

Salary range: $95,000.00 - $

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience providing cost analysis for multiple large projects.
• Data analysis capabilities experience.
• Experience developing budgets and knowledge of building budget forecasts.
• Able to develop innovative approaches to visualise existing budget, current costs, and future requirements.
• Experience providing life cycle cost estimates.
• Experience performing cost benefit analysis.
• Experience and fluency in use of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other tools used for cost management and analysis.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using statistical analysis tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
