As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Denver, CO at the Cherry Creek branch.
Bilingual in Spanish or Russian preferred. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. - Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue, achieving results through leadership and collaboration with ecosystem partners.
- Manage proactive lead generation and appointments both inside and outside the branch, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
- Leverage bank products and services knowledge to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households, translating client information from various sources into actionable sales strategies.
- Develop ecosystem leadership as a COI, working across partner groups such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, and ensuring partners provide routine updates and referral follow‑ups.
- Enhance client experience through advanced conversation skills, providing tailored solutions for deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with the branch team to identify opportunities, following up on independent referrals and expanding share of wallet with consumer and business clients.
- Engage lobby activities to connect with clients, position PNC products, and educate clients on financial transaction options using technology and resources to drive loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $57,750.00 – $96,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
