Position Overview

Universal Banker within PNC's retail organization, based in Denver, CO. Bilingual Spanish preferred. This role focuses on acquiring and developing the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing and enhance loyalty.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer share of wallet.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
  • Engage customers in the lobby, via appointment setting, teller interactions, and outbound calling.
  • Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
  • Maintain heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
  • Participate in daily branch operations to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Demonstrate customer‑focused decision making by aligning business choices with customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Assess and manage all risks associated with business objectives to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge required for primary duties.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and retail lending.
  • Proficiency in digital awareness and leveraging technology to drive sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to prospecting and customer engagement.

Pay
  • Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 (varies by location, market data and individual qualifications)
  • Incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
