Job Summary:
Join Bank of America's Healthcare, Education & Not-for-Profit (HENFP) business-part of the Global Commercial Bank-and play a leading role in expanding our presence in Denver. The Senior Relationship Manager is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving new business, deepening existing relationships, and delivering profitable growth across a portfolio of complex, mission-driven organizations. HENFP is purpose-built for this market: our teams bring specialized coverage and solutions to not-for-profit healthcare (hospitals, health systems, and insurance providers), private higher education, and large nonprofits/NGOs.
You'll partner with a deep bench of product specialists to help clients optimize their financial strategies-from capital and credit solutions to treasury, payments, and broader corporate banking capabilities-while advising senior leaders on topics like industry trends, liquidity, and capital structure. The clients you'll cover are sophisticated institutions with annual revenues starting at $50MM and no upper limit, including some of the largest organizations in the country.
Job Description:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for providing advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact or trusted advisor and acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships, collaborating with teammates, and facilitating client relationships with Product Specialists. Job expectations include having knowledge of the bank's products and services in order to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manages an extensive portfolio of HENFP clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million and above to help companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs
• Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships
• Understands and interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends
• Collaborates with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management and facilitates client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services in order to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects
