Private Wealth Investment Content Associate

We are partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm seeking a Content Expert to join its Private Wealth team.

This position will support the firm’s semi-liquid and evergreen investment offerings by developing thoughtful, accurate, and engaging content for clients, distribution partners, and other external stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strong writing and editing capabilities with an understanding of private markets, investment products, and portfolio performance.

• Develop and coordinate content for investor webinars focused on private wealth and evergreen investment strategies
• Review portfolio activity and translate investment developments into clear commentary for client reports and communications
• Prepare content covering portfolio holdings, realizations, valuation changes, performance drivers, and other material developments
• Manage RFPs and other due diligence requests from distribution partners and prospective clients from initial receipt through final submission
• Serve as a resource for client and partner questions related to assigned investment products
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, investment, and product teams to ensure external materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with current messaging
• Create and edit content across written reports, presentations, digital materials, webinars, and other communication formats
• Support additional projects contributing to the continued growth of the Private Wealth platform

• Approximately 1-5 years of relevant experience within asset management, financial services, investment communications, product marketing, RFPs, client reporting, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a comparable discipline
• Understanding of private markets and an interest in evergreen or semi-liquid investment structures
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to communicate complex investment information clearly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent record of producing polished, error-free work
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Experience analyzing investment or product information and creating visually effective presentations
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
