Location:

This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Actuarial Analyst II is responsible for completing projects and performs complex actuarial studies.

• Pricing Strategies:
  Assist in the development and refinement of pricing strategies/studies to maintain competitive and profitable products in the Individual and Small Employer Commercial Markets
• Rating Models & Guidance:
  Build and maintain rating models; provide analytical insights and guidance to ensure accurate pricing for existing products and potential new market entries.
• Special Pricing Projects:
  Collaborate on special projects to support growth strategies.
• Regulatory Support:
  Work with internal teams and state/federal regulatory agencies to prepare rate filings and address policy updates, ensuring ongoing compliance
• Coordinates/directs special actuarial projects. Obtains, verifies, analyzes and models data including risk reporting and forecasting.

• Requires a BA/BS degree and to have passed a minimum of three Society of Actuaries (SOA) or Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) actuarial exams and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

* range for this specific position is $84,744 to $132,894.
