A forward-thinking organization is seeking an AI Integration Specialist with a strong Accounting & Finance background to help transform how finance teams leverage AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.

This is a unique opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who understands financial operations and is excited about using AI to improve reporting, forecasting, close processes, compliance, and decision-making. Organizations are increasingly redesigning finance roles around AI, automation, analytics, and oversight capabilities.

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools that enhance accounting and finance workflows
• Streamline manual processes such as reconciliations, reporting, data analysis, and financial forecasting
• Support AI adoption across AP, AR, GL, FP&A, reporting, and compliance functions
• Collaborate with ERP platforms including Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, SAP, or Net Suite
• Develop dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and workflow enhancements
• Assist with data governance, controls, and AI-related risk management
• Train end users and champion organizational adoption of new technologies
• Measure ROI and business impact of AI initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Systems Accounting, or Finance Transformation experience
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, SAP, or Net Suite
• Exposure to AI, automation, business intelligence, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of:
• Financial Reporting
• FP&A
• General Ledger
• Internal Controls
• Accounting Operations
• Process Improvement
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams

• AI implementation projects within finance or accounting organizations
• Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• ERP implementations or system upgrades
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or related certifications
