This role will build and improve the capital deployment discipline, partnering with Delivery, Development, and corporate functions to manage budgets, spend, and forecast accuracy.
The VP will establish scalable governance, drive capital efficiency, and provide timely visibility into committed spend, forecasted spend, and risk-adjusted cash needs across the NA portfolio.
