Senior Vice President, Financial Due Diligence

As a full-time Senior Vice President within our growing Transaction Advisory practice, this role makes a direct impact on high‑stakes transaction outcomes.

• Supervise analysts and associates to ensure efficient project execution.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects and administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Identify key risks and potential deal breakers during the due diligence process.
• Analyze detailed financial statement information, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational data.
• Synthesize data and information into meaningful observations and conclusions.
• Produce comprehensive due diligence reports to organize and communicate findings.
• Lead due diligence calls and meetings with client and target company management.
• Review audit work papers to understand critical accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide insights to purchase agreements and other deal documents.
• Participate in business development including client pursuits and proposals.
• Assist in hiring and training analysts and associates.

• Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related major.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence, with at least 1 year in due diligence. Big Four experience preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
