Attorney

A growing law firm is seeking a Finance & Banking Associate Attorney to join its expanding Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career within an established and growing Financial Services practice.

The attorney will work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated lender-side finance, corporate finance, and transactional matters
, with additional exposure to M&A, bankruptcy, and real estate finance. The firm offers a strong mentorship culture and meaningful opportunities to take on responsibility and develop professionally.

• Represent lenders, financial institutions, and corporate clients in finance and banking matters.
• Assist with complex corporate finance and M&A-related transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, financing documents, and transaction documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex financial and corporate matters.
• Manage assigned matters and work closely with partners and senior attorneys.
• Collaborate with attorneys across Finance & Banking, M&A, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate Finance practices.
• Participate in client communications and contribute to the successful execution of transactions.

• 2+ years of experience in Finance & Banking, Corporate Finance, or a related practice area.
• Experience representing lenders or financial institutions is strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.

The annual salary for this position is between [$205,000 – $275,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
