Job OverviewA law firm seeks a junior or midlevel Finance Associate for its Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in finance law, particularly in representing corporate borrowers and lenders.
Duties- Represent corporate borrowers and lenders on institutional term loans.
- Handle alternative lender and private credit transactions.
- Manage commercial bank loans and acquisition financings.
- Work on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged lending.
- Draft and negotiate finance-related documents.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with private credit transactions is highly valued.
Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
CertificationsBar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility to waive in.
