Catalyst Retirement Advisors is an independent, retirement-focused firm in Denver seeking an Associate Advisor ready to build a career in financial planning. You will work directly alongside an experienced advisor, take an active part in client relationships, and develop the planning and advisory skills that lead toward owning client relationships of your own.

- Participate in client meetings - prepare agendas, contribute to the conversation, and follow up on action items
- Take an active role in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans
- Gather and analyze client data to identify needs and recommend appropriate strategies
- Research investment opportunities and share market insights with advisors and clients
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact
- Monitor and review client accounts to keep them aligned with each client's objectives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and share what you learn with the team
- CFP® designation or active candidacy strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services
- Series 7, 63, and/or 65 licenses preferred, or the ability to obtain them within 90 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and planning procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
