Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Korn Ferry has partnered with an innovative, publicly traded organization operating at the intersection of renewable energy, sustainability, and capital markets to find a Senior Manager, Investor Relations. The successful candidate will lead investor relations activities, serving as the primary liaison to investors, analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders. This individual will help develop and communicate a compelling investment narrative, provide market intelligence to leadership, and influence strategic decision-making through a deep understanding of shareholder perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investor and analyst engagement, including conferences, roadshows, earnings-related activities, and shareholder communications.
• Develop and refine the company's investment thesis and long-term equity story.
• Partner with executive leadership on investor messaging, presentations, earnings materials, and external communications.
• Monitor market sentiment, analyst coverage, ownership trends, and industry developments to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate across finance, legal, communications, operations, sustainability, and commercial functions to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related capital markets functions.
• Strong understanding of public company financial reporting, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
• Experience engaging with institutional investors, research analysts, and executive leadership teams.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience with in energy, renewables, sustainability, industrials, infrastructure, aviation, or related sectors is highly attractive.
