Our client is open to an accomplished Director who is ready to step into a Partner role
, as well as an established Partner looking for a larger platform.

The key is entrepreneurial mindset

• Has a strong technical tax foundation
• Can develop new relationships and generate business
• Wants to expand beyond simply servicing an inherited book
• Is energized by building a practice and creating long‑term client relationships
• Wants the resources and national footprint of a $1B+ firm behind them

$300K–$400K, with the potential to reach $500K+ for the right candidate, depending on experience, business development capability, and overall fit.
