As an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s Public Finance team, you will lead a team of finance professionals, delivering complex investment banking solutions for public sector clients. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the financial landscape of infrastructure projects across the country, ensuring J.P. Morgan remains at the forefront of public finance innovation.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, delivering tailored investment banking solutions.
- Oversee the structuring and execution of complex bond financings, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Guide the development of sophisticated financial models and analyses to support client transactions.
- Collaborate with other areas of the firm to drive integrated solutions and enhance client value.
- Represent J.P. Morgan at industry events, sharing insights and trends in public finance.
Skills:
- Extensive experience in public finance, with a strong track record of leading successful transactions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in using DBC software.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
