Investment Banking Senior Associate​/VP - Industrial

We are seeking an Investment Banking Senior Associate or Vice President to join our growing M&A team in Denver, CO.

As a boutique investment bank focused on the Construction & Engineering sector, you'll play a key role in executing transactions from origination through closing while working directly with senior partners and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team where you'll have significant responsibility and exposure across every stage of the deal process.

• Lead the execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions
• Build and review financial models, valuations, and client presentations
• Manage due diligence, coordinate advisors, and oversee transaction execution
• Develop client relationships and support business development initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment

• Strong investment banking experience with meaningful M&A transaction exposure
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
