Our Financial Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) team focuses on our clients' critical accounting needs. From internal controls to process to accounting transactions and everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and mitigate costs and risks.
Your role .As an outsourced financial advisory consultant, you'll work in a team to provide accounting assistance to clients on an ongoing, recurring basis. You'll be instrumental in serving our clients through accounting solutions that havea direct impact on our client's overall business processes and reporting.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Monthly financial close
- Financial account reconciliations
- Financial statement analysis and fluctuation observations and recommendations
- Preparation of balance sheets and income statements
- Preparation of sales/payroll/property tax filings
- Preparation and filing of Forms 1099
- Recognize and provide recommendations for improvements to accounting processes and systems
- Interact with other practice areas within management consulting and other practice areas including but not limited to audit, tax, wealth management and consulting.
- Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, critical thinker, organizational, technical and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting,economics, finance,or related field.
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).

On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license
This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
