- Assist in the oversight and management of active and passive ETFs across equity, fixed income, and derivative investment strategies
- Conduct macroeconomic, market, sector, security-level, and ETF industry research
- Support passive and active investment strategies and portfolio managers’ data-driven decisions
- Develop investment content for internal and external audiences, including ETF insights, market commentary, presentations, sales materials, and client-facing updates
- Improve and automate recurring research, reporting, data-validation, and portfolio-management workflows
- Support day-to-day portfolio management operations, including trade execution, cash management, corporate actions, and portfolio administration
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers to support investment decisions, operational efficiency, and ETF portfolio management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong market knowledge
- Intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrated self-starter mentality
- Ability to independently investigate questions, validate data, and communicate conclusions clearly
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex investment and market information into concise, audience-appropriate content
- Experience with Python, workflow automation, financial data platforms, or AI-enabled research tools is preferred
- Strong desire to learn about passive and active ETFs, trading, and portfolio management
- Must be willing to work on site during training and then hybrid 2 days/week
Demonstrates expertise in managing active and passive ETFs, conducting comprehensive market research, and developing investment content for diverse audiences. Proficient in automating workflows and supporting portfolio management operations to enhance operational efficiency.
