Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytically minded Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and organizational decision-making across a complex and mission-driven organization. This role serves as a key business partner to leaders throughout the enterprise, helping develop budgets, analyze financial performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational excellence and long-term success.

The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with executives, department leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence key decisions through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and collaborative planning efforts.

• Develop, review, and analyze departmental and organizational budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, track spending against approved budgets, and prepare variance analyses and recommendations.
• Create recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Partner with organizational leaders to support planning activities, business initiatives, and process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze complex financial and operational data and present data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making.
