Retirement Plan Advisor – Bilingual Spanish

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, individual meetings, and group presentations for retirement plan participants
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory or employer-sponsored plans
• Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies
• Manage meeting schedules, including travel booking
• Create and execute business plans and tactics to improve retirement income outcomes
• Document interactions in Salesforce and collect information for regulatory compliance
• Achieve plan-level and individual goals and service-level agreements
• Participate in client meetings, sales finals, and other external meetings as needed
• Collaborate across internal service and management teams
• Assist the Relationship Management team in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships

• Must be based in Denver, Colorado and available to meet with individuals in person
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3-5 years of relevant financial services experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Strategic thinker able to work independently
• Strong relationship-building and territory-management skills
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations required within established timeline; current FINRA registrations strongly preferred
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT
• Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
• Working knowledge of building blocks for successful retirement planning preferred
• Basic understanding of defined contribution plans preferred
• Practical experience providing high-level, consultative client interactions preferred
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and suitable home workspace for remote work

Demonstrates expertise in conducting Retirement Readiness Reviews and managing stakeholder relationships while utilizing strong presentation skills and strategic thinking to improve retirement income outcomes. Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, with a solid understanding of financial services and retirement planning.
