- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
- Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
- Connect clients with solutions aligned to their financial goals
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
- Build client relationships to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts to grow business knowledge and networks
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
- Collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships

- Efficient time and capacity management
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience is desired
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment is desired
- Experience in financial services is desired
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree is desired
- Spanish language is preferred
Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively educating clients on financial solutions and self-service technologies. Proficient in cash handling and operational excellence within established guidelines and regulations.
