Oracle’s Global Tax Audit Organization is seeking a Senior Manager – Indirect Tax to join the team in Denver, Colorado. The role will manage complex U.S. state and global Indirect Tax audits, including interactions with tax authorities, audit responses, risk assessment, and audit-defense strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with Tax, Finance, Legal, regional teams, business stakeholders, and external advisors to support Oracle’s tax positions and drive audit matters to timely resolution.
The role requires strong indirect tax and audit experience, sound judgment, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex and time-sensitive matters. Experience in a multinational or professional-services environment is preferred, along with a CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.

Manage day-to-day U.S. state and global NIBT audits, including interactions with tax authorities, preparation of audit responses, and execution of audit-defense strategies. Collaborate with Tax, Finance, Legal, business teams, regional tax teams, and external advisors to assess audit risks, support Oracle’s tax positions, resolve complex matters, and drive audits to timely closure.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS:
Hiring Range in USD from: $108,000 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
