Associate Wealth Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Associate Advisor to support our client's Lead Advisors and contribute to the firm's financial planning and client service efforts.

• Support Lead Advisors with financial planning, client service, and relationship management.
• Prepare for client meetings, develop financial plans, and follow up on client needs.
• Assist with investment and planning-related research, analysis, and preparation of client materials.
• Participate in client meetings and gradually take on greater responsibility with client relationships.
• Progress toward managing an individual client base as experience and capabilities grow.
• Leverage the firm's marketing resources and lead-generation process.
• Focus primarily on advising, planning, and client relationships rather than business development or prospecting.

• 3–5 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning.
• Experience in a paraplanner, client service, or similar advisory support role preferred.
• CFP designation or currently studying toward the CFP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working closely with senior advisors and taking initiative.
• No expectation or requirement for business development or an existing book of business.
• Interest in growing into an advisor role and eventually managing client relationships.
