Our client is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join its Banking & Financial Services practice in Denver, Colorado
. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of debt finance experience who is looking to work on sophisticated commercial lending and finance transactions in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and other loan documentation.
- Manage and close commercial lending and finance transactions.
- Represent financial institutions, lenders, and corporate borrowers in a broad range of financing matters.
- Work closely with partners and clients on complex commercial finance transactions.
- Provide legal support throughout all stages of lending transactions.
- Commercial banks
- Farm Credit System institutions
- Community banks
- Non-bank lenders
- Private equity sponsors
- Family offices
- Public and private companies
- 3-5 years of general debt finance experience.
- Experience drafting:
- Credit agreements
- Security documents
- Loan documents
- Experience closing commercial lending transactions.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Active Colorado Bar license or eligibility to waive into Colorado.

- Base Salary: $215,000 - $245,000, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
