Compensation: $60,000+ DOE plus bonus

Qualifications
  • Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on loan processing and client interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of loan applications.
  • Proven track record of maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, underwriters, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to document client interactions and track loan progress.
  • Licensed as a Loan Officer Assistant in the state of Colorado, or ability to obtain licensure promptly.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to review loan files for accuracy and completeness before submission to lenders.
Responsibilities
  • Assist loan officers in managing and processing loan applications to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on loan status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
  • Review loan files for completeness and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan progress in our CRM system.
  • Support loan officers in preparing and submitting loan packages to lenders for approval.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and loan officers to discuss loan options and progress updates as needed.
