The Client Executive Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Client Executives focused on delivering exceptional, differentiated client experiences across Payments relationships. This role provides leadership, coaching, governance, and execution oversight to ensure clients receive consistent, proactive, and trusted advisory support across U.S. Bank's payments, treasury, merchant, commercial card, liquidity, receivables, and trade capabilities. The Manager serves as a senior relationship and execution leader, accountable for team performance, client satisfaction, relationship health, disciplined follow-through, and cross-functional coordination.

This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, responsible growth, strong controls, and sustained client loyalty. The primary objective of this role is to lead and enable a high-performing Client Executive team that strengthens client relationships, drives organic growth, improves client satisfaction, and reinforces U.S. Bank's position as a trusted top-tier payments provider.
