Position: Program Administrator for Housing Programs

Program Administrator, Housing Programs

The Program Administrator for Housing Programs will manage all administrative duties, management and oversight of all housing programs. In addition to administrative duties, the position will assist with contract and vendor management, reporting and compliance, public and board communications and project management critical for successful program implementation. This employee reports to the Director of Innovative Funding for Housing Programs within the Business Funding and Incentives Division and is expected to bring strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills and a detailed‑oriented approach to administrative responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative responsibilities for OEDIT Housing Programs.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of program statutory requirements and operations.
  • Support effective program management with a structured project‑management approach to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Schedule and administer internal and external meetings.
  • Contracting, invoice processing and vendor management.
  • Maintain clear and accessible external communications with stakeholders and the public through calls, emails, and events.
  • Basic accounting and budgeting operations for select Housing Programs and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Awareness of annual performance measures that support OEDIT’s housing plan.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and public inquiry response.
  • Prepare materials for Board meetings including notices, agendas and minutes.
  • Facilitate and run Board meetings, follow up on direction from the Board, and prepare agenda items and materials for approval by the OEDIT Housing Director.
  • Financial record keeping and execution of Board‑approved financial transactions.
  • Track and manage MIHA’s processes, policies and procedures compliance with statutory and other State requirements.
  • Manage accessibility standards and compliance with HB21-1110 and HB24-1454.
  • Draft legislative reporting and prepare presentations for OEDIT housing programs.
  • Keep websites and communications materials updated.
  • Engage productively with the Director of Innovative Funding for Housing Programs and the team at OEDIT.
  • Deliver high standards of quality for initiatives, programs, projects and services.
  • Support other projects and special initiatives as requested by management.
Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree, or four years of experience in project and/or organizational management. An equivalent combination of education and proven experience in comparable fields will be considered.

Preferred Experience:

Project management;
Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms);
Salesforce;
Excel and Word;
Quickbooks;
Basic accounting.

Salary Range

$60,000 – $75,000 Annually
