This position independently performs a range of tasks related to maintaining building interiors and furnishings in Capitol Complex managed facilities.

• Custodian/Housekeeping Services – Office and common area cleaning including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, multi‑surface cleaning, brass cleaning and polishing, hard‑surface floor cleaning and recycling. Restrooms cleaning including trash removal, fixtures, stocking supplies, sweeping and mopping.
• Emergency response and other duties as assigned – Position may be called upon for additional duties that may include snow removal, emergency response and assistance (such as a flooded floor), inventory counts, meetings, and assisting the trades with various projects.
