STI is seeking an experienced consultant to implement Eligibility Rules Engine solutions for public sector programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EDBC (Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation) rule engines and a strong understanding of public assistance eligibility programs.
This role requires collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders on large-scale government transformation programs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid programs, and eligibility integrity solutions.
