** Location
* * This position is normally a hybrid of on-site and remote working hours, however, may require full on-site presence depending on operational needs. The on-site work location is at the Bonding Office in the Downtown Detention Center located at 490 W Colfax Ave, Denver, CO. The Warrants/Bonding Division operates 20 hours per day (4:30AM to Midnight), seven days a week; including holidays.

This position requires shift work necessary to provide sufficient coverage to maintain operational readiness in support of law enforcement and Court interaction, and the bonding of inmates from custody. Employees are awarded duty shifts in an annual shift bid process every calendar year that is based on seniority in the Division. Shifts are scheduled 8 hours and may be extended in the event of emergency, disaster, personnel shortage, workload or work in progress.

Newly hired employees are assigned an open shift, and then will bid for their shift in the next bidding cycle.

** The Division
** The Denver Marshal’s Office is a law enforcement agency within the County Court and has overall responsibility for the apprehension of fugitives and all related functions associated with warrants and protection orders issued by the County Court. The Warrants/Bonding Division is responsible for managing all NCIC/CCIC data related to the work of the County Court including entry, validation, confirming and cancelling warrants and protection order for the Criminal, General Sessions, Traffic and Civil Divisions of the Denver County Court.

** What You'll Do
** The Warrants/Bonding Division for the City and County of Denver's, Denver County Court Marshal’s Office is seeking two Judicial Associate I's. This position provides support services to the Court, Law Enforcement, and other outside agencies. This position performs essential work related to the warrants, protection orders and mittimuses ordered by the Denver County Court; acts as a liaison with Denver jail staff;

operates the public-facing Bonding Office and works in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the criminal justice system, including but not limited to, out-of-county and out-of-state law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, Pre-Trial services, and other municipal, county and district courts.
