• Lead by example on the chair and maintain a positive, collaborative shop culture.
• Mentor and coach stylists and service staff to consistently deliver excellent client experiences.
• Support the Shop Leader with inventory management, talent recruitment, and month‑end shop duties.
• Work evenings and weekends during peak hours, and provide flexibility to cover the team when needed.

• 3+ years’ experience behind the chair in a fast‑paced barbershop or salon.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Active Barber or Cosmetology license in Colorado.
• Strong passion for leadership, teamwork, and service excellence.

• Commission: 45%‑55% starting at 45% and scaling with performance.
• Weekly commission payouts – the more sales you bring in, the more you earn.
• Average earnings range: $57,000 – $100,000 per year.
