Job Overview

We're searching for a full‑time Barber – Stylist, an artist, conversationalist, and vibe curator to join our team in Denver, CO.

You’ll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climbing to 55% or receive a guaranteed minimum wage—whichever is higher. Commission is paid weekly. Average take‑home ranges from $33.50 to $66 per hour.

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and motivation to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability

Between lather neck shaves, shoulder massages, and fades, you’ll keep clients smiling, snapping selfies, and coming back for more. You’ll continuously level up your skills to stay sharp and deliver excellent service.
