Role Description The Hairstylist at Silver Palm is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This role involves providing professional hair services, including consultations, cuts, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client’s needs and preferences. The Hairstylist will maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensure proper use of salon products and tools, and follow health and safety standards.

Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, recommending appropriate hair care and styling products, and supporting a welcoming, professional salon atmosphere. The Hairstylist will collaborate with other team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, and advanced treatment techniques.
• Professional Cosmetology training and an active cosmetology license in accordance with Colorado state requirements.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and ability to build repeat business.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, including effective consultation and product recommendation abilities.
• Knowledge of current hair trends, tools, and products, with interest in ongoing education and skill development.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred; familiarity with booking systems and basic retail sales is beneficial.
