Overview

At Soar Autism Center we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. We innovate and build a better model of care for kids, relying on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based services and contributing significantly to our mission‑driven care model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑6 in our clinic, following professional high‑standards.
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with families, providing regular progress updates.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with ABA advances and RBT competency.
Qualifications
  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, ideally in Child Development, Psychology or related fields.
  • Obtain RBT certification within the first 6 weeks of employment (paid training provided).
  • Experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of child‑centered work.
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and client sites; punctuality essential.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, shift positions frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain on the floor or in a chair for extended periods.
  • Computer and tablet literacy.
  • Team‑oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
What We Offer
  • Hourly pay ranging from $21.50 to $28.50, with regular bonuses and promotion opportunities.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full‑time roles.
  • Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement benefits.
  • Priority access to in‑network mental‑health support through Sol Mental Health.
  • Career exploration opportunities within Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy Psychology, and other disciplines.
  • Supportive training for RBT certification and ABA best practices.
  • Collaborative and fun multidisciplinary team environment.
