Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Thera Trooper, Inc. is an Ensign affiliated company and part of a group of independently operated skilled nursing facilities offering long‑term care, post‑acute rehab, and outpatient therapy.

Duties:
  • Effectively screen/evaluate patients within short‑term and long‑term rehab and outpatient settings
  • Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients in short‑ and long‑term settings
  • Administer a wide variety of interventions based on individual patient needs
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders
  • Communicate effectively with the One Clinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
  • Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services per regulatory and clinical requirements
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Open to PTs at all experience levels
