About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Pueblo, CO
. You’ll work directly with patients to help them improve independence, mobility, and daily function through personalized, evidence-based care.

Compensation & Scheduling
  • Competitive Pay: $70 – $85 per routine visit

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver skilled therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, home safety, and functional recovery
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive strategies
  • Document patient progress and update care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care

Requirements
  • A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
  • Proven experience in home health or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
  • A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients
