Part Time BCBA

Achieve is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team supporting children through at-home and school-based ABA therapy. We are committed to quality care, transparency, and parent empowerment—with a focus on short-term therapy that builds long-term independence for students.

• Position includes flexible scheduling with remote capabilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs
• Oversee implementation of ABA therapy programs in home and school settings
• Train and support staff, parents, and caregivers in evidence-based strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain documentation in compliance with ethical and insurance standards
• Collaborate with school teams, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
• Ensure alignment with IEP goals and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Reside in Colorado
