Position SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed Psychotherapist to provide outpatient mental health counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, or groups. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with clients to assess their mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and support them in achieving emotional well‑being and personal goals.
Qualifications- LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Colorado
- 2‑5 years of post‑graduate experience in individual, group, family, and couples therapy
- Clinical experience with children and adults
- Familiarity with the DSM‑V and diagnostic techniques
- Provide outpatient mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and children.
- Provide case management services to clients as needed.
- Develop treatment plans and mental health assessments.
- Monitor and reassess treatment progress.
- Facilitate therapy groups as needed.
- Coordinate with the psychiatrist for evaluations.
- Maintain timely and accurate client records per JFS requirements.
- Attend staff meetings and serve on committees when needed.
- Attend continuing education classes, workshops, and training seminars.
- May provide supervision to an intern.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Medicaid chart compliance requirements preferred
- All mental health clinicians must register with CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Health) within 7 days of their hire date
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with electronic health records
- Able to work some evenings (approximately 4 hours per week)
- Provide in‑person therapy at the JFS Boulder office 2 days per week

Salary$57,784 – $76,968 per year (annual salary)
